Melrose Gray | 1-Year

Orders usually take 7–14 days to dispatch. Delivery after dispatch can take up to 10 days. Holidays, courier operations or unforeseen circumstances may affect these estimates. We email tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

For hygiene and safety, opened contact lenses are not eligible for return. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue. Changes of mind or incorrect powers selected by the customer are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Wash and dry your hands before handling lenses. Always use fresh, appropriate contact-lens solution; never tap water or saliva. Follow your eye-care professional’s fitting and wear instructions, and do not sleep in the lenses unless specifically approved to do so. Remove lenses and seek professional advice if your eyes become painful, red or irritated. The manufacturer-approved 6-month replacement period is not a continuous-wear period.

Can I choose different powers for each eye?
Yes. Select the Left Eye and Right Eye power separately from the available options.

Can I order non-prescription lenses?
If available for this product, select 0.00 / Plano for each eye.

When will I receive tracking information?
We will email your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Does the six-month replacement period mean I can wear lenses continuously?
No. Follow your eye-care professional’s instructions for daily wear, cleaning and storage.
